Rudraman went to the seashore it is much brighter there .Not too many went there because it rained at dawn . And it was deceiving because the rain is off already its just few drops and is deceiving. Rudraman was dizzy and weak from 24 hours fasting and he had his breaking at 4 A.M. with lemon with lil salt and cold water is perfect it taste even better .Back to base it was a gold rush news at Brgy Malaya Labo Camarines Norte, Labo ( see wikipedia and wikimapia )not only the biggest town in the Philippines but also the potentially biggest source of Gold(see raw gold images) .No wonder an American Company have started mining there now its the locals turn. And the people are rushing to that place and literally rush.So because of one accident on rush hour that is fatal and some dynamite explosion that may also can be fatal and a fatal shooting incident and people are scared of incoming miners they bring the issue to the officials of the province to make ordinance for the chaotic situation .
